The Resource-Intensive Economy

Investment Map
61 names · 10 sleeves · fair values struck Oct 22, 2026 · prices live
An investment map of the physical inputs powering the AI buildout, defense reindustrialization, and reshoring — power, metals, rare earths, water, nuclear fuel, and the equipment bottlenecks between them. Prices load live and every signal and entry ladder recomputes against model fair values, re-struck at a 5.0% risk-free rate. On the latest strike the entire FCFF operator book screens WAIT; the BUYs sit in precious metals, copper, Brookfield, and select insurers.

Jobs, CPI & PPI Monitor

Macro Monitor
Data through Sep 2026 · rate odds as of Oct 26, 2026
Labor-market and inflation prints tracked by release label — CPI, core CPI, PPI, payrolls, JOLTS, and derived tightness metrics — built to survive the October-2025 data gap. Adds CPI and PPI sector detail, ALFRED payroll-revision bands, productivity and unit labor costs, and a market-implied rate outlook. Seasonally adjusted, year-over-year same-month.

Resource Economy 61 (RE-61)

Index Methodology
Methodology v3.0 · Sep 15, 2026 · backtest 2004–2026
A passive, long-only, rules-based index on the physical supply chain of the AI buildout: the map’s 61 names in ten equal-weight sleeves, rebalanced semi-annually, no options and no cash leg. Net of an assumed 45 bp fee it compounded 21.1% against QQQ’s 14.4% with a near-identical drawdown. Supersedes the RE-FLOOR study, which found an option-funded floor cost roughly two-thirds of the upside.

Deep Value Screen — 12 Full Valuations

Screen
Prices Oct 14, 2026 · Rf 5.2%, ERP 4.4%
A PEG < 1, P/CF < 15, accelerating-growth screen, taken through full normalized valuations. It mostly finds cyclical peaks, not value: 9 of 12 fail once earnings are normalized — a wartime commodity spread, a tungsten timing gain, memory-cycle pricing, a one-off tariff refund. Three survive: ICAGY (39% below base), RNR, and ASB.
